AFC Ajax is looking for a (Project) Manager Events to organize events. The club has the ambition to be among the top of professional football in both the Netherlands and Europe.

What are the tasks of the (Project) Manager Events?

The (Project) Manager Events is responsible for the organization and success of the events at AFC Ajax. Annually, you organize a number of major events, such as the Open Day and the internationally occupied tournament “De AEGON Future Cup”.

What are the requirements for the position?

A project manager with authority is required who is able to position and organize events commercially successfully, as well as operationally lead under high pressure. Your profile: A completed education at least at HBO level in the direction of Communication, Sport or Commercial Economics. At least five years of work experience in organizing events, fairs or concerts.
